Castles made of sand

This pupil was helping out in Nursery this week. In five days she made 80 sandcastles. Each day she made four fewer castles than the day before.

How many castles did she make each day?

She went on making four fewer castles each day.

How many castles did she make altogether?

    80+4=84
    Each day means add so I now it's 80+4=84 so she made 84 sand castles all together

      Read the question carefully Al-Baraa. The pupil is there for five days. So you will need five numbers that together make 80. Each number should be four less than the one before.

    So if that pupil made 80 sand castles and made 4 more 80+4=84 so she made 84 sand castles a day

      Read the question again Deborah. How many sandcastles does she make on each day. Remember each day she makes four fewer than the day before.

    Each children can do 10 castle and till they get to 50 3more children can do 10 and till they get to 80. If it was just one child to do 80 castle it will take 8 day's to do 80 castle's.
