In Year 6 we have been reading The Other Side of Truth. When we last read it Sade had started school and had just been moved into a new foster home.Continue the story from here.

I think that next the police are going to find out about her family and how they came to England and Papa is in trouble. Papa is in trouble and has to go to England and has to explain to the police why they had to migrate from Nigeria. Now they have to go back to Nigeria.

Maybe Femi will eventually speak to Sade as they live in the same household
everything will be back to normal
On their second day Sade met a girl on her way to class. Her name was Marcia. She wasn't a very big fan of refugees. She had bullied Mariham because she was a refugee she flew from her country (Syria) as the soldiers were dropping bombs out of helicopters. One had almost hit their house. About Marcia, she was always with her friends like they were her body guards. One of the people she was with was Kevin, Kevin Graham.

DeleteShade and Femi got fostered by this lovely family Mrs and Mr King. They loved living with them. They were fitting in well . They were so excited to go to their new school. Finally they went to school. Suddenly something bad happened. They got bullied by this girl called Marcia.

I think that Sade might not like her new foster family and that Femi is not taking to Sade when they move to London. Everywhere they go Femi's voice get lower and lower until he will not speak but she hopes will Papa comes and Femi will speak to her.
ReplyDeleteMr and Mrs King take them to school. At the first day in school, there is child Marcia. She told Sade to do something she cannot do. But not long they go to school, Sade and Femi heard Mr and Mrs King find their father, they want to see him. Mr and Mrs King take them to see their father. They are very happy and they do not live with Mr and Mrs King, now they live with their father.
ReplyDeleteMarcia said to Sade that her little cousin will beat up Femi if she doesn't buy her something from the shop and Sade will tell Mr King. Papa will get caught by the Nigerian police because they are looking for him and Sade will stand up to her bullies.
ReplyDeleteI think that Marcia will still be bullying Sade and would not let the poor girl rest Sade will respond by ignoring her Femi will probably not talk to Sade anymore papa comes to England but is arrested for coming under a fake passport ....
