Simple subtraction?

This subtraction calculation has four missing digits. It looks like it might be simple, but I'm not sure if it is...

Can you work out which digits can replace the question marks?

Is there more than one answer? How can you be sure?

    1. But the difference needs to only have three digits! Good try though.

    1. I'm not sure what you've done here Daniel. Have a look at the calculation again and see what digits (numbers) you can put in place of each ? to make it work.

    1. You clearly understand how to do this Christyana but you've made a small mistake which means it doesn't work. Can you spot it?

Also, don't forget to use a capital letter for your name and say which class you are in.
