In Year 3 we have been combining our learning on measurement with reading Jim and the Beanstalk by Raymond Briggs.
In the story Jim is constantly running around to get different items of clothing measured for the giant.
Can you think of any other examples in life where measurement is important?
The clothes that he is wearing doesn't fit for him so we need to mausure so it does fit.
ReplyDeleteTimes when measurement is used is when people need to mausure there clothes in the shop to see if the clothes are the right size.people will also use it to make sure that 2 things are the same cm or m.you can also use it to see if something has m or just cm.
