The good thing we should really eat so much is fruit and vegetables,they make us strong anddo great thing to our body.
dairy:cornflakes protein and veg and fruit:chicken carrots and bananas sugar: half a slice of cake. this is not what i always have every day but I think that is a good balanced diet to eat
